Recently, several communities in our state of Connecticut suffered catastrophic losses due to flash flooding. Homes, businesses, pets, personal belongings and loved ones were lost.

 

The Miss Connecticut Volunteer Scholarship Organization is raising funds that will go directly to support those who have suffered such losses do to this sudden and disastrous natural event. 

 

I know money is tight for so many of us, but we are asking for you to make a monetary donation, in any amount you can afford, so that we can help the victims of this tragedy try to put their lives back together. No amount is too small, even if it is only a dollar because, together, we can make a difference!
